Tasha qualified as a Sports Therapist from the University of East London in 2015 and went on to complete an MSc in Sports Science and Performance Coaching in 2023.

 

Since graduating, Tasha has built extensive experience across both clinical practice and sport. She spent 10 years working with Reading RFC, where she progressed to Head of Medical and First XV Therapist. Since 2020, she has also provided medical support for the Great Britain Softball Team, working with their U15 and U18 squads. 

 

Alongside her clinical work, Tasha has been lecturing on the Sports Therapy programme at Southampton Solent University since 2019. Her teaching areas include sports massage and soft tissue intervention, sport and exercise rehabilitation, and peripheral joint mobilisations.

 

Tasha has always had a strong passion for sport and physical activity. Outside of work, she enjoys playing and umpiring netball, running, going to the gym, hiking, and has recently taken up squash.
